Not that coke, Coca Cola! Yeesh! Anyway it seems they have developed a new cellular phone that can get it's power from sugar water (or Coke) and last 3 to 4 times longer than a regular lithium battery. Click the pic for the full story at engadget.

And when you're stuck in traffic in 35°+ weather, crack it open for a crisp refreshing drink.

Too bad it looks like a dildo with a keypad on it. Otherwise it's kind of a cool idea. How someone came up with the idea of even trying to power a cell phone, or any other piece of tech is beyond me.

i MUST send this post off to my Coca-colaholic friends.... i do worry that they'd spend more time drinking their phones then talking on the phones.... i mean i know theres an expression called "drunk dialling" for when you drink too much then drunk call your friends on the cell phone at 3am... but what would you call it when your friend drinks too much coke front their cell phones and cant get enuff of a charge to call you?

or better yet, would it still be considered drunk dialling if you were drinking a can of coke and decided to pour some into the phone so that you could dial your friends up? or what if you drank the coke from the phone will calling them...would that be considered drunk dialling?

The shitty part is that adding rum renders it useless.
