Check this link out for a really cool animated storyboard from the Spidey cartoon.

Makes me miss storyboarding and tweening, the little I've done. Can't wait until this is out in season box sets at an affordable price!

Pretty entertaining in itself.

I've yet to see an episode of this show, but I just can't get past the terrible character design.
And if it's anything like The Batman or Wolverine and the X-Men, the writing will be shit, too.

It's not too bad of a show. I've seen about six of them so far and while it's definitely a kid's show, the most recent one that I saw "Opening Night" had an interesting mingling of a high school play version of "A Midsummer Night's Dream", that featuring costumed heros instead of Shakespeare's typical cast, with the main story where Spiderman is attempting to escape a vault security system (not sure why--I missed the first minute or so). It also features most of his rogues gallery (Rhino, Green Goblin, Mysterio, etc.) as well as Black Cat.
One thing that I hate--and this includes Spiderman 3--is the bastardization of the Uncle Ben aspect of Spiderman's story. For some reason writers just can't let the "Burglar" remain as an un-named person... they just have to keep messing with it. In the cartoon said burglar is apparently the Black Cat's father who, despite having a career of unarmed burglaries, became fearful in his old age and began carrying a gun for protection... Oh the irony.

I am a big fan of this show. I've seen a few and even bought a DVD (which has the story that those storyboards are form). It is definitely directed at kids, but I like the fun 'not too serious' nature of it. My biggest problem would have to be that Kraven is designed as a cat-man instead of a man with lion skin clothing, he's actually an anthropomorphic lion. Given the nature of the show, though, it's easily overlooked.
