Those were my last 2 chocolate chip pop tarts......a goodbye to junk if you will. I am now well on my way to kicking your ass Sir Ryan.
And yes, I was going to call you out on the "Victor" Drago thing.

So here are the official weigh ins for the Manatee Weight Loss 2009. This week here are the four numbers.
First we see what those crazy Canadians weigh in at. Here's the "Where Monsters Dwell" fatties official weights.
Remy 262.6 lbs. (Even after the Double Chocolate Chip Pop Tarts) Mike 187.7 lbs. (not really heavy, but he doesn't want to be left out and neither do I)
Now we swing down to the America's where EVERY corner has a fat, artery clogging fast food restaurant on it and check out The Chronic Crews official weigh ins.
Mike 233.0 Ryan 237.2 (last week 241.2)
There ya go, we're off to great start. God I can't believe the giant Ryan is nearly as light as me now. That either means he's getting lighter, or I'm a fat fucking sow, and I go for the later.

Update after episode # 98:
Ryan Baseline: 245lbs 6/22 weigh in: 234lbs
I'm an English major, but I think that makes 11 contest pounds lost.
I think the shin splints are definitely going to cost me in the long run. Now's your chance to catch up, Remy!
I'm going to have Quincy post some before/after pictures on the blog, so that you too may believe in the shrinking Manatee.

I have those pictures that Ryan is talking about and here they are. The first one Ryan is at about 268lbs. In the second picture, Ryan is a svelte 237lbs. I tried to take the photo in the same position and from the same angle and this is the best I could do. Check out the melting fat that Ryan has managed to accomplish. 268 lbs!!!! 237 lbs!!!! Just more proof that Ryan is actually losing weight by the truckload. I think that might change since his recent injury chasing hooligans in "The City That God Forgot". P.S. Check out the top right corner of the bottom picture! There's the Chia Shrek you COULD win if you manage to shed more pounds than the Manatee of Podcasting. Good luck! Michael

Just listened to # 57. Quincy recorded it and made a CD for me to listen to, since I was working when you guys aired live.
First of all - LOVE the bump you made for Manatee Weigh Loss 09'. Truly awesome. (very glad you kept "You're still fat!", which is my favorite part)
You guys were worried that Mike had gained weight, but if the numbers on this thread are accurate, Mike just dropped 6.1 pounds in the last week! That is SICK!
Is there a tapeworm on that mower? Is Mike's front yard actually Buccleuch Park? Cuz I don't understand how a trip around the yard with a mower can erase six pounds of gristle.
Remy - nice to see you getting on board! He gets his Gym membership 30 minutes before broadcast and drops .8 pounds. Nicely done, sir.
Incidentally, how did you guys really feel about Tranformers Dos? The rage in that booth was palpable and delicious.
Quick question - which of you does the illustrations?

Glad ya liked the bump Ryan, I was actually worried you guys would be a little upset i altered it. But with all the Rockey talk I had to throw a few clips in.
I didn't just get the gym membership this week......i got it last week......and have only gone ONCE.
But here's the official tally so far:
Remy week 1: 262.6 lbs. Remy week 2: 261.4 lbs.
Mike week 1: 187.7 lbs. Mike week 2: 181.6 lbs.
And yes Mike does most of the posters, but we've had guest artists from time to time.

6 Pounds mowing the lawn? Holy shit what did you mow Denali State Park with one of those push mowers that throws lawn clippings up into your face? That's fucking crazy. In one week, BY MOWING THE FUCKING LAWN, you have lost almost as much weight than I have in a total of three weeks.
I started at somewhere around 238 or something and am now down to 229. Most of my weight loss was from my period, but that's over now and since my Cankles are gone, I might plateau. I can only imagine that you are going to stop losing weight at some point too, so that means I will catch up.
Those are sweet posters and Illustrations. I wish I could draw like that. I still think I am going to pull this out because of the sheer amount of weight I need to lose overall, but good luck to all of us. In the end don't we all win; by losing as much as we can?
Cheers to you guys on a great show this week.
Michael
